The process of finding, let alone writing, grants can be intimidating and challenging - but it doesn't have to be!

Southeast Iowa Regional Planning provides free grant-writing services to local communities . We have had much sucess in the past, securing funds totaling over $35,000,000 in the past five years! This money has been used for developing safe routes to school, updating roadways, revitalizing brownfields, purchasing fire equipment, building homes and everything in between. Federal, state, and private agencies offer grants and low interest loans for a variety of purposes.

What you will find in the funding guide, is a list of some of the available funds. Also, throughout the guide you should notice links to projects SEIRPC has completed with past grants. Be sure to check them out! If you are working on a project or have an idea in mind, do not hesitate to contact us. We would be glad to answer any questions you may have and guide your project in the proper direction. If you are interested in a particular grant- pay close attention to the deadline. Often times the grant application process can take several months, so be sure to get the ball rolling as soon as possible!
