April 22, 2008 - Capital Campaign Committee Meeting
The capital campaign committee will meet at Two Rivers Financial to discuss fundraising issues and prep for the press conference. The meeting will occur from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

April 24, 2008 - Flint River Trail Press Conference
The trail communications commmittee is holding a press conference April 24th at 2:00 PM in the Winegard Boardroom in Park Place Event center. The press conference will kick of the fundraising campaign for the trail. Speakers will talk all about the trail; what it is for, where it will be, who it is for, when it is going to be built and most importantly, why we need it. Speakers will include County and City officials and supporters of the trail from both private and public sectors.

April 24, 2008 - Flint River Trail Advisory Committee
Immediately following the press conference the trail advisory committee will hold a regular monthly meeting in the chamber offices.
